Sweet & quick dessert


We uploaded this picture on to our Instagram a few days ago. This is an awesome dessert that is so simple to make yet will satisfy that sweet tooth while keeping you full for hours. This dessert can also be eaten as a pre/post workout snack as it is packed with protein and fiber giving you sustainable energy.

All you need for this recipe is:
1 apple
1 tablespoon of peanut butter - I chose to used the natural kind
1 handful of raisins
1 spoon
1 microwavable cup or bowl (something to melt the PB in)

Cut up the apple to your liking. Take the peanut butter and stick it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and drizzle the peanut butter on top of your cut up apple. Sprinkle from raisins on top. ENJOY!

You could also use nuts or other fruit for this as well. Experiment with different flavors. You'll be surprised what combinations you can come up with!
